Mr. Simon Taylor specializes in the areas of Corporate, Securities, Technology, Litigation and Business Law Practice for US and international companies. His law practice includes, for more than twenty years, extensive involvement in international matters and transactions as well as litigation. He has expertise in the areas of medical, biotechnology, media, telecommunication, information technology, broker-dealer and public-private financing. He has been a part of and has advised on several merger and acquisitions, transactions and venture capital transactions. He specializes in intellectual property and technology and commercial agreements.

He was the Managing Director of a reputed Venture Capital advisory firm based in New York with predominant focus on technology and media. He has been advising and consulting firms working with US national laboratories and US and international companies on technology and commercialization, venture and consulting projects. He has also been a prominent litigation attorney in the US, litigating cases on International and Constitutional Law and Banking and Commercial law for foreign government clients. He has represented migrant farm workers on labour, civil rights, public benefits and housing finance cases in Federal and State Courts.
